We will collect comments through Sunday, Oct. 27.
These comments will be reviewed by the project team. We will create a summary of the comments and make changes to the plan where possible. The comments may also inform future phases of the plan.
The revised Public Right-of-way Transition Plan Phase I will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for review at a future Work Session. Based on Board guidance, we will further revise Phase I. The Phase I plan may then be adopted.
Future phases of the plan are proposed:
Phase II: Crosswalks with pedestrian push button signal activation and intersections with traffic signals
Phase III: Parks, park facilities and trail crossings in the public right-of-way
Phase IV: Sidewalks
Each phase will include an open house with public comment opportunities like this one.
